Payroll Direct Deposit Form

Cornell employees may sign up to have their paychecks automatically deposited into their bank accounts.  Receiving payroll direct deposit has several advantages over handling paper checks, including not having to worry about:

• Picking up paychecks
• Losing or misplacing paychecks
• Receiving pay while on vacation, sick, or out of town
• Contacting New York State for checks transferred to the state under abandoned property laws

 Note: Employees electing to receive direct deposit for their paychecks are also eligible to receive travel reimbursement amounts via Accounts Payable Direct Deposit .

An employee wishing to sign up for direct deposit must complete a Payroll Direct Deposit Form .

Send completed forms to the Cornell University Payroll Office, 377 Pine Tree Road, Ithaca NY, 14850.
